At Navicrow Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for our customers.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us via email or phone with your booking details. Cancellation charges will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
No refund will be provided for unused services once the trip has started.
Cancellation by Navicrow Holidays
Navicrow Holidays reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, weather conditions, or insufficient bookings.
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- An alternative travel date
- A credit voucher for future travel
- A partial or full refund depending on the situation
Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be credited through the original mode of payment.
Please note that payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or third-party service charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to Booking
If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
