Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the travel itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues. In such cases, we will try our best to provide suitable alternatives.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification documents such as passports, visas, permits, and government-approved IDs required for the destination. Navicrow Holidays will not be responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

Liability

Navicrow Holidays acts as a travel organizer and is not responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, or tour guides.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any delay, change, or cancellation of services caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow all local laws and regulations during the trip. Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or property during the tour will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Pricing Policy

Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel prices, or changes made by service providers. However, once the booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed unless otherwise specified.
